Is there parking available?

• Yes, there are three types of street parking available. Glebe Area Parking Details
  • All day parking with no restrictions
  • Two hour limited parking
  • Two hour limited parking Permit G holders exempt

Do you have wheel chair access?

• Yes we do have wheel chair access the entrance to our store is up a small ramp.

Do you have more than one outlet?

• Sorry but at this point in time we only have the one outlet and the online store. But we are hoping to have more stores in the near future so please revisit us to find out if there is a store coming your way.

Do you have adults and children’s costumes?

• Yes we have a huge range of adults and children’s costumes in stock.

Do you hire costumes?

• Sorry but we do not hire costumes as our costumes are at very low prices and are of great quality.

Do you hire party equipment? E.G table & chairs, heaters, marquee, plates etc

• Sorry but we do not hire party equipment but we are hoping to bring this service to you in 2011.

Do you shape modeling balloons?

• No we do not shape modeling balloons but you can buy modeling books and kits. Please click on the following links.

Do you wholesale?

• Yes, we wholesale only the products we import. If you are a retailer or distributor please Contact Us via email.

Is this all the stock you have?

• Sometime we are out of stock of some item and they will come back in stock so we recommend you should come back daily weekly and monthly as this is how offen our stock changes.

How will I know if it is in stock?

• The items are marked with the quantity that is available.

If the item is not in stock how long will it take till it comes back in stock?

• It will depending on what item it is. Most stock only takes a day or two to come back in but some stock can take up to 2 weeks. Please Contact Us if you require anything that is out of stock.

Can I make a special order?

• Yes you can make a special order for all our stock if we do not have the item in stock or you require a large quantity we can order this stock in for you. Please Contact Us via email.

Do you do discounts for large quantities or bulk orders?

If you do not have it in stock and you cannot get it from the supplier is there somewhere else I can get it from?

• Yes there are many other place you may or may not be able to find it. We always recommend you search the Yellow Pages online or eBay.

Do you offer accounts?

• We only offer account to a selected group. Schools, government deparments, retail shops, event companies and other selected companies. If you are a company and require more information on accounts please Contact Us. We do not offer account to individuals.

• Yes we supply entertainers and many other companies on a regular basis.

Do you have a toilet?

• We are sorry but we do not have Public Toilets available we only have staff toilets.
