With Proof of Purchase

We have a 7 day no question asked refund policy. If you are not completely satisfied you only need to send the goods back to us with your recipt via registered post. Refunds do not include postage and handling costs. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Please insure that you include your recipt as your refund can not be processed until we have it.

Any items not in original packaging or missing items will not be refunded. There is a 20% restocking fee.

If you are unable to provide us with a proof of purchase we may at our discretion provide you with a exchange or credit.

Please insure you have photo identification so your name and signature can be verified. Acceptable identification must included you full name and address.
